By using disastermitigation.solutions (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Platform and Its Current Phase

DisasterMitigation.Solutions is a global disaster resilience platform currently in Phase 1: investor, partnership, and founding Solution Provider recruitment. Marketplace, listing, and transaction features described on the Site reflect the platform's design and roadmap; features launch in phases.

Solution Provider Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to human-led verification, and we may approve, decline, or request further information at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit; providing false or misleading information is grounds for refusal or removal. There is no cost to apply or to join as a founding provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false information, attempting to access non-public areas or data, interfering with the Site's operation, or using it to send spam or unlawful content.

Intellectual Property

The Site, its content, branding, and design are the property of Corporate Alliances Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. Information you submit remains yours; by submitting it you grant us the rights needed to operate the platform — including verifying your organization and, on approval, publishing your listing.

Content on the Site — including market data, statistics, and intelligence items — is provided for general information and is not professional, financial, legal, or emergency advice. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency services first.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corporate Alliances Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
