Disasters do not fail communities for lack of solutions. The solutions exist — the shelters, the communications systems, the water purification, the expertise. What the field has lacked is one trusted, shared infrastructure that connects verified providers with the governments, NGOs, and communities that need them: before a disaster, during the response, and through the full arc of recovery.
DisasterMitigation.Solutions is a data intelligence and coordination infrastructure for climate and environmental disaster resilience — spanning seven resilience pillars and 140+ countries, with human-led verification at its core. The platform's Intelligence Hub is a proprietary data intelligence methodology that aggregates real-time disaster monitoring, procurement intelligence, and field-verified lessons, turning raw data into coordinated, evidence-based action. Every event processed strengthens the dataset. Every verified provider enriches the intelligence. The platform compounds in value with each disaster cycle.
Our model is built on partnership: working alongside existing technology providers, relief organizations, research institutions, and field practitioners — not in competition — to co-develop through the Actionable ThinkTank. We bring the verified infrastructure. Partners and collaborators bring the depth. Together, the Intelligence Hub becomes a collaborative commons — built and drawn on by everyone with a stake in resilience, and growing with every contribution — a living asset for the global resilience economy.

Vicky brings decades of international business development experience to DisasterMitigation.Solutions, with a career built at the intersection of complex technology and the people it serves — from implantable cardiovascular device manufacturing in the 1980s, through enterprise productivity in the 1990s, to the integration of data with streaming media in the 2000s. Across each industry, her work has been the same at its core: connecting capable solution makers with the organizations and communities that need them.
Alongside her professional career, Vicky has led from the front in her own community. As President of the Ladysmith Resources Centre on Vancouver Island, she oversaw the development of a 36-unit affordable housing project through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic — infrastructure for community resilience, delivered under pressure. She continues to provide free technical support helping seniors navigate a technology-dependent world, and beginning October 2026 serves as a Council of Advisors member with the Office of the Seniors Advocate, British Columbia.
DisasterMitigation.Solutions brings those two threads together: global business development discipline, applied to the most human of problems — helping communities withstand, respond to, and recover from disaster.

The platform is developed and operated by Corporate Alliances Inc., a British Columbia, Canada company. The platform is in Phase 1 — investor, partnership, and founding Solution Provider recruitment — with the verified platform and procurement build to follow. Development is AI-assisted, enabling capital-efficient delivery at a pace traditional approaches cannot match.
